With the some exception (vegetable oils, avocados, nuts and seeds),
plant-based foods tend to be lower in calories than an omnivore diet.
If you are vegan, make sure you eat enough calories!

I personally eat a lot to stay energized, and I'm lean. I do not count calories and eat as much as I want.
